ANK Packages follows a structured returns and claims process for industrial and commercial customers.

Returns or exchange are accepted only after inspection and prior approval. Customers are required to notify our team within a reasonable time in case of damaged, incorrect, or defective products.

Exchanges  are subject to product condition, packaging status, and applicable terms agreed at the time of order confirmation. Customized and special-order items may not be eligible for return.
