Paper-Based Supplies
Plotter Paper: A specialized paper used in large-format printers to produce high-quality prints of patterns and marker layouts from CAD software.
Perforated Kraft Paper: Paper with evenly spaced perforations to facilitate tearing along specific lines. Primarily used as an underlay for automated cutting systems, allowing air to circulate and prevent fabric slippage.
Separating Tissue: Thin, lightweight paper used to separate layers of fabric during the cutting process to prevent fabric layers from sticking together and causing cutting errors.
Perforated Waxed Kraft Paper: Coated with wax and perforated for air circulation. Similar to perforated kraft paper, but with added wax coating for smoother fabric movement and reduced friction.
Underlay Papers: A general term for papers placed on cutting tables to protect the surface and provide a stable base for fabric spreading to safeguard cutting tables and ensure accurate fabric placement.
Pattern Papers: Specifically designed for creating and modifying garment patterns to develop and refine pattern shapes and sizes.
Dotted Paper: Paper with a grid of dots for accurate measurements and pattern transfer to assist in pattern making and marking fabric for cutting.
